Coach Training

Managers begin the process to become an International Coach Federation (IFC) certified coach. The course includes triad coaching with Dr. Faucette and Jane Creswell via video conferencing, along with a combination of individual and team sessions. Upon completion of this course, individuals will take the IFC Coach Knowledge Assessment (CKA) and complete a coaching log to become an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). Managers will be equipped to lead organizational initiatives on workplace policies and profitability.
