Course-related Resources

Fort Bragg/Pope students can register online or in person. In order to register online, you must have completed twelve (12) semester hours with us and have an overall GPA of 2.0.

You will register online through Student Planning. Please keep in mind, if you are using military tuition assistance, you must have put in your request for TA before the start of classes.

Fort Bragg/Pope students with questions about course content including the location of lectures, assignments, and tests should contact their instructor. The instructor is the only person that can assist students with assignment and test resets. Instructors should be given 24 hours to respond to a request.

The Information Technology Services team provides support for computer-related technologies to students, faculty, and staff through Campbell University’s six service areas.

Blackboard 24/7 Support

Blackboard questions and tutorials outside of business hours can be addressed by Blackboard 24/7 Support. Blackboard 24/7 Support cannot reset your username or password for any Campbell University System.

Help Desk (Logins & Passwords)

Faculty, staff and students with questions or issues related to email access, WebAccess, Blackboard usernames, Blackboard passwords, Blackboard Student Access/Enrollments, Blackboard Faculty Access and Blackboard errors should contact the Help Desk (a part of Computing Services) as their first point of contact.

The Help Desk cannot reset your initial Application Profile password.
