Our Financial Aid office at main campus is committed to helping students meet their educational goals and objectives by providing need-based aid, making it possible for anyone to receive a Campbell University degree.

The first step to receiving financial aid is submitting the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

For 2023-2024:

  • Social Security number
  • Your parents’ SSNs if you are a dependent student
  • Driver’s license number if you have one
  • Alien Registration number if you are not a U.S. citizen
  • Federal tax information or tax returns including IRS W-2 information, for you (and your spouse, if you are married), and for your parents if you are a dependent student
  • Records of your (and, if you’re a dependent student, your parents’) untaxed income, such as child support received, interest income, and veterans non-education benefits
  • Information on cash; savings and checking account balances; investments, including stocks and bonds and real estate (but not including the home in which you live); and business and farm assets for you and for your parents if you are a dependent student.

If you are anticipating a financial aid refund, sign-up for electronic refund today!  
• E-Refunding puts money in your account… FAST! 
• Deposit is the secure and convenient.
• No more trips to your financial institution or waiting for a paper check to come in the mail. (Electronic refunds usually deposit into your bank within 3 business days of issue.)  
 
To enroll in electronic refunding:
o Log in to your Self-Service portal at ss.campbell.edu 
o Click on the menu icon at the top left corner
o Select the TouchNet link under Financial Information
o Choose Electronic Refunds
o Complete the 2-step verification profile
o Set up your eRefund account with bank account and routing number, NOT a debit card number
