In loving memory of Marty C. Blackmon, a member of the Adult and Online Education team who made a difference in the lives of all of our students, this direct aid scholarship supports Adult and Online students with a stipend.
Our theme for 2023 was “Powerful Books”. Applicants were share a book or books that have affected them deeply.
Applications for the 2024 award will open in early 2024.
This scholarship is open to any undergraduate AOE student (home campus of Online, Raleigh, Camp Lejeune, or Fort Liberty & Pope) who is currently enrolled in classes or has been enrolled in the 2022-23 academic year (September 2022 – May 2023) with at least 9 credits left in their degree program.
